Fifth Annual Lehman Associates Study Highlights
ASI’s Continued Association Software Market Dominance
iMIS Continues Market Share and Customer
Satisfaction Leadership
ALEXANDRIA, Va., (June 28, 2010) - Advanced
Solutions International (ASI), the leading global provider of web-based
software for associations and non-profits, today announced its continued
dominance in the association software market. According to the 2010
Association Management System (AMS) Market Study conducted by Lehman
Associates, the company leads in market share with nearly 40 percent,
more than double the nearest competitor, and ranks highest among major
AMS vendors in customer satisfaction.
Lehman Associates interviewed and compiled data from national and
international associations with budget sizes of $1 million or greater in
North America over the first half of 2010. Respondents were asked to
provide information on their current use of AMS technology, purchasing
process, upgrade factors and implementation experience, as well as
product satisfaction levels.
This year’s study includes new results which show that iMIS customers who receive service through an
authorized iMIS partner have a higher overall
satisfaction level than the customers of all other major AMS
vendors.
"These new results are a ringing endorsement of the high-level of
service our authorized partners routinely deliver," said Bob Alves,
chairman and CEO, ASI. "More than 60 authorized partners support 75% of
our global customer base, and combine with our independent iMIS users group (NiUG International) and ASI
customer service to provide a level of multi-source customer support
that can’t be matched by other AMS vendors who only provide
single-source customer support."
The study showed that iMIS not only once
again led other major AMS vendors in customer satisfaction, but also
increased its ratings in four key customer satisfaction categories:
- Meeting expectations for time to
implement
- Meeting expectations for cost to implement
- Meeting expectations for ease of implementation
- Meeting expectations for performance after
implementation
"Evaluating and implementing AMS software is a daunting task for
associations," continued Alves. "It is more important than ever for
associations to be able to control the cost, time and complexity of an
implementation project. Even though we have consistently led other AMS
vendors in implementation experience, we continue to improve our unique
approach of delivering what we promise."
