methodology that includes input from the entire iMIS community of employees, customers, and partners
and the most thorough quality assurance program in the industry. We
focus on customer service throughout the entire customer lifecycle. At
initial implementation we target an on-time and on-budget delivery of
iMIS. Post-implementation we provide direct
support through an award-winning and certified ASI Customer Support
department and indirect support through the largest product user and
partner community in the not for profit industry. |
